The Winbridge Group, Inc. Represents G&H Technology, Inc. in the Sale of PULSE-GUARD®

The Commercial Line of ESD Protection Products

December 1998 -- Responding to increased demands in the commercial sector for its PULSE-GUARD® line of polymer devices for suppressing transient voltage events, military/aerospace connector specialist G&H Technology, Inc. has sold the product line to Littelfuse, based in DesPlaines, Illinois.  Littelfuse is a leader in the circuit protection business and is a major producer of electronic, power and automotive fuses.

PULSE-GUARD® is a patented material that provides maximum protection against the effects of ESD.  The material is contained in a flexcircuit which is easily mounted onto standard connectors.  Typical applications include medical equipment, computer workstations, LAN cards and hubs and fiber optic telecommunications equipment.

The Winbridge Group, Inc. has worked with G&H Technology, Inc. for a number of years providing consulting assistance with their various businesses.  A special focus was on the PULSE-GUARD® where strategy, marketing, manufacturing and technical issues were addressed.  When the Board of G&H decided to divest  PULSE-GUARD® Winbridge was retained to represent G&H in the sale.  Winbridge prepared the Offering Memorandum and made contact with a number of firms who had a strategic interest in the business.  Several companies bid on PULSE-GUARD®  and Littelfuse was selected.  Winbridge represented G&H in the negotiations with Littelfuse and the deal was closed in December 1998.
